Rules:

• No Spam! If you are reported for sending spam about our program, we will delete your account and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions.
• We only pay on orders that are completed - if the customer says they'll send us a check, and they never do, you don't get paid for thier order.
• We reserve the right to remove affiliates from this program at any time or to suspend the program entirely.
• Checks will be written between the 1st and 8th of the month if your total commission is greater than $10. If you haven't made it to $10, your total will be carried over to the next month.
• If you earn more than $600 in commissions in a year, you will receive a 1099 tax form from us for the next year.
• We will pay either by check or through paypal - e-mail info@lakotacreations.com to specifiy payment method.
